I ordered a shower system w/ hand-held wand for $506. w/tax. When it arrived there was no hand-held wand. I was so disappointed as I was apprehensive about purchasing from Morocco. Before purchasing, I asked the seller to send me a picture of the items because the listing had several options. When I contacted the seller, he claimed he sent what I requested. We went the rounds. After weeks I gave in, wanting my initial investment to be worth it! I offered to pay for the missing parts to be sent. He charged me another $150. I again asked for a picture of what he was sending. It was a beautiful embossed handle w/ kit. To my frustration & dismay, when the wand arrived, it was NOT what he sent a picture of. He asked me not to post a negative review. Promised to send me the handle if I ordered something else. SCAMMER!
